Risk waiver for a child
(RWC2)
If it is intended that a child be included in family membership it is a requirement that an authorisation form be completed by a responsible adult. See below for a copy of the Club's Child Protection Policy

IBC information leaflet
This leaflet contains a lot of useful information to help you enjoy your bushwalking experience with the Club. Topics covered include the type of equipment needed for days walks, how to contact the leader, and bushwalking ethics.

Guidelines for leaders and walkers
Some information on the responsibilities of leaders and walker when planning the walk, participating in the walk, and at the end of the walk.

The following downloads are intended generally for Club members
but site visitors are welcome to have a look

Trip report form
It is a legal requirement that all trip leaders submit a completed Trip Report to the Club secretary as soon as possible after the walk. The form is well laid out and self-explanatory.

Risk waiver sign-on sheet
This is, unfortunately, another legal requirement. At the commencement of a walk the leader must have all participants sign the Risk Waiver.

Risk waiver for a child (RWC1)
If a child is attending a walk or other activity this form must be filled out by the leader and signed by the person responsible for the child.

Incident report form
Trip leaders are required to complete this form and return it to the Club if any accident or other related incident occurs on a Club trip.

Child Protection Policy
Read a copy of the formal Child Protection Policy adopted by the Club.
